Katrina Robinson Photography is proud to support our local law enforcement. We are so grateful to the men and women who put their lives on the line each and every day to make our communities a safer place to live. We will always have your six!
We are happy to provide a discount on our session fees for all active and retired law enforcement officers.
This year we had pleasure of photographing the 2016 Junior Police Academy. For three weeks, fourteen local middle school students got a chance to see what it could like to to have a career in law enforcement. Each day the students got to interact with local police officers in a positive environment while learning about what police officers do each day. The program culminated with a graduation ceremony where each cadet was sworn as an honorary Junior Deputy by Washtenaw County Sheriff Jerry Clayton. University of Michigan football running backs coach, Tyrone Wheatley, delivered an inspiring message about the importance of making good choices. The video above highlights this event.
We are also proud to support the SafeHouse Center, a domestic violence shelter in Ann Arbor that provides hope and support for survivors of sexual assault and domestic violence.
The Purple Run 5K is an annual "fun run" that raises funds to help support the needs of the SafeHouse Center while raising awareness about the prevalence of domestic violence in our area. We were thrilled to photograph this event again this year and can't wait to come back next year!
